Basking in the Sunshine, 6x6in., oil on gessoboard, $50.

At times, I wonder what the neighbors think.

I take my camera outside and walk around the yard just to see what I can see. I often end up on my knees or bent over with my head down close to the ground. "Oooooo..." I say to myself (okay sometimes out loud), "That is NICE! Well done God!"

This little gem was blooming out by the fence in our front yard.

Very lovely! It's just unfathomable how amazing He is and that we have the opportunity to see His work everyday if we slow down in our busy lives for just a second. Keep snappin', no matter what the neighbors think! LOL!

So true! I am continually stunned by what I find - and it really is so readily available to us! I bet God can barely hold His excitement when we discover another aspect of His Creation.
Not to worry - I'm too hooked to stop now!

LOVE this painting!! I love the lighting the upper left corner and the change in perspective. If we only saw everything how God sees it! What an awesome creator we have!

Thanks, Mel. I'm beginning to view flowers like sculpture - ALL sides intentionally designed and constructed for an interesting view. I don't know why I didn't think this way before.
